Cafe325 325 Underhill Rd next door to Sema's Fish shop seems to of closed. ??

Unless they are doing a refurb??

Shame if they have. They did a proper decent breakfast there and at realisstic prices..

I was talking to the owner a few weeks ago and he said he dint think they would be there long and was looking at somewhere else in London to set up. Maybe it's happened quicker than he thought. It is a shame as their coffee and sausage sandwiches were lovely

I pass it often and it was often empty. Something about the location mustn't be ideal.

This shop seems to be jinxed. The caf? wasn't there long and has now closed. Previously it was a boutique for a year and prior to that a property management company. As it's not a high street location most of the shops along that stretch have been turned into flats.

Anyone remember Maria the Spanish lady and her Greek husband? They had a shop there for years selling fruit,veg. etc. He passed away but Maria kept going for sometime. There was never very much in the shop but very nice people.
