Drain companies

Hi, can anyone recommend a local firm who are good with drain problems? A drain high up at the side of our house is overflowing but it's far too high to reach with a ladder. So if the problem is a blockage or something else I can't tell. Any thoughts very welcome. Thanks.

I followed a recommendation on this forum for Down the Drain (down-the-drain.co.uk - 020 8314 5244)and they were excellent. Our kitchen drain and gulley were repeatedly getting blocked, they came exactly when they said, gave a very reasonable quote and then sorted the problem for less than the quote. Polite, tidy and reliable. I would definitely use them again.
