SUPERBABYSITTER AVAILABLE!

Recommended Posts

Hello parents,

I am a babysitter looking for a lovely family to work for. Ideally, I would like to do a few hours of babysitting - I do school pick ups/drop off. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Friday. NOT available on Thursdays as I am babysitting.

I am 19 years old soon 20 in February and my name is Lara. I am Qualified level 2 in childcare and worked at nurseries before with all age groups and also done/do some babysitting. I mostly enjoy working with babies and toddlers/preschoolers but I don't mind looking after older children.

I would describe myself as a very friendly, patient, caring, committed individual and amazing with children! Bilingual - I speak fluent English and Portuguese.

I charge ?10 an hour.

I don't drive, but I am willing to travel.

If you have a pet I don't mid looking after it, I truly love animals!

CRB,CV and references available upon request.

Please don't hesitate to get in contact with me if you're interested, I am available to start immediately!

Thank you

    • There is a small tabby cat which seems quite distressed and lost behind the bins outside the back yard of Superdrug at the Lordship Lane end of North Cross Road. It is terrified, running in and out of Superdrug’s back yard and across the road and back again, and looks as if it could be pregnant. It is also starving – a passer was feeding it. We weren’t able to catch it as it was too scared. Did ask the Neighbourhood Vet if anyone has reported a missing cat, but they said not.

    • The injured goose could not be returned due to be considered an invasive species. He had to stay with the wildlife rescue. Whether it's the same female breeding with another male now, or a different pair, who knows. I have photos from a very similar time last year (see attached from 1 Feb 2024) and the year before, as the Egyptian geese always surprise me with their earliness, but all (most?) of the goslings made it to adulthood last year, so it's a strategy that works for them.
