born&brED
Help!Just gave my son some cubes of watermelon to enjoy as part of his lunch, and realised when he'd finished that my lovely green oilcloth now has a lovely orange stain on it - everything else seems to have come out of it so far, but after a hot, soapy scrub with a scourer sponge, the orange stain remains! :(Any tips for getting stains out of oilcloth? Or do I just have to get over wanting things clean and learn my lesson? Thanks!:) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13116-stains-on-oilcloth/ Share on other sites
Fuschia
Try putting it out in direct sunlight. Works usually for me and orange stains Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13116-stains-on-oilcloth/#findComment-358135 Share on other sites
snowboarder
Yes our vivid tomato sauce stains tend to fade over time - table is in the window and gets a lot of light. Same with high chair tray! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13116-stains-on-oilcloth/#findComment-358138 Share on other sites
