Creative, Fun loving Nanny

Good Afternoon Mums and Dads,

No sooner have we got Halloween, & Fireworks night over, And we'll be having to think about retrieving the Christmas lights & decorations from the attic.

And aren't the Christmas ads doing a wonderful job of reminding us of just how fast it's approaching.

But to a few I'm one of those irritating people that simply love everything about Christmas!

I feel I'm going to miss out big time at the moment as I'm in between jobs.

And if I don't hurry up and get my skates on, I'm going to miss out on all the fun! all the lovely creative work you can do with the kids at this time of year, taken them to Christmas parties, and all the excitement of making outfits for their Christmas shows, and making sure they've learnt their Christmas hymns, ( And of course let's not forget there (VERY IMPORTANT) two lines they have to learn for the Christmas play! : )

I am looking for a part time role 2/3 full days as a Nanny, and would like to stay in and around Dulwich area,

I'm Ofsted registered with a very recent enhanced Crb Check, and I also hold a recent paediatric first Aid

certificate. I don't drive, but love long walks, and cycle.

I have 15+ years experience of looking after Children and babies.

I am a warm caring and fun person to be with, and I would be happy to send you my CV upon request.

I also hold excellent written references.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Hazel Taylor

Hello Hazel,

I just saw your ad, we're looking for an after school nanny to pick up our daughter in Judith Kerr school (in Herne Hill) and bring her back home in Gipsy Hill, every week day.

We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible, 2hours every day (5-7pm), so that's minimum 10 hours per week. If you're interested please PM me and we can meet! Thanks!

    • Thank you to Saied who completed a revamp of our very neglected garden with amazing results. The ground required extensive preparation and the project was completed in very good time. Saied kept us informed with written reports and photos each day. If you have a run away garden, Saied is the person to contact!
    • Try Evergreen, out Orpington direction from memory, good quality stock and about half the price of the likes of what was homebase & B&Q
    • Never heard of anyone who has put poisoned meat down in urban areas.  You will find the vast majority of the population are nice people. Illegal killing of animals that take game happens in rural areas but that is a different issue  Did you report the dumping of the meat to environmental health and the police? By all means speculate, I expect that it was fly tipping.  Where it came from and why is athe question.... Foxes have great digestive systems and will eat most foodstuffs.
    • I made the mistake last Autumn of having my Covid booster and Flu jab in the same arm at the same time.  The pharmacist said it would be ok!  During the night I felt really sick and got up and sat on the side of the bed. Next thing I knew, I was waking up on the floor.  Frightened the life out of my husband!  Took him a couple of hours to get me off of the floor and back into bed.  Spent the next couple of days in bed recovering. I won't be making that mistake again!
