If it is all about the location to the station, then this three double bedroom top floor flat is the one for you! You lucky things will be able to punch the snooze button a few times given how close you are to Forest Hill Station and still make the train or Overground on time.

Home is a rather sophisticated offering, with white walls and dark laminated floors and takes the top floor of a smart purpose built block. Perystreete (funny spelling) is sat back from Perry Vale itself and nestles into green gardens. Buzz in and hop in the lift up to the top floor. Enter into the hallway, with ample and handy storage. The bathroom is posh white with shower over the tub and the loo is separate, handy if you want to lodge out one of your three double bedrooms (circa ?700pcm per room all in!). The reception room is, like all rooms here, a decent size with space for a dining spot and sofa zone. Two of your double bedrooms are really a great size and your third bedroom although a little smaller still handles a standard size double bed with room to spare.

Forest Hill station has lines into London Bridge and serviced by the Overground East London Line (affectionately called the Ginger Line) here you can change at Canada Water for the Jubilee. Or pick up one of the many buses. The big shop is taken care of thanks to Sainsbury's on London Road or pick up essentials at the Forest Hill Store just across the road. There are so many lovely independents like Aga's Deli , the organic Butchers are all good choices. Dinner is catered for by the wonderful Gastro Pubs and you must try The Perry Vale bistro. A lazy weekend can be enjoyed having a mooch around the Museum and Gardens or take a dip at Forest Hill Pools. Coffee and treats are in abundance at Canvas & Cream, St Davids or the Teapot - all worth a visit. We heart Forest Hill, do you?
