FFS, what has that spoilt? There are people who swear and they are in a kitchen. Without people saying such and such scene is good, those not interested are unlikely to get interested. I'm not sure I should mention this, but someone gets shot in one of the episodes. There, I've said it!

BE STILL BE BEATING HEART

OMG, DOMINIC WEST IN THE FLESH.

I've just received my members' update from the Donmar Warehouse about the winter season....

LIFE IS A DREAM by Pedro Calderon de la Barca, in a new version by Helen Edmundson, directed by Jonathan Munby

A cast that will include Dominic West will bring to life a classic play from the Spanish Golden Age ? a richly poetic, epic masterpiece which explores illusion, reality, fate and destiny set against the backdrop of a mythical kingdom.

Nice catch, giggirl! Although his attractiveness sadly did not survive the Olly Cromwell wig. It seems every one has his limit.

By the way, for those of you interested in the viewing habits of the Moos clan (anyone?anyone?), I'm delighted to report that Ma Moos, the most conservative person I know (since the passing of Grandpa Moos), loves the Wire, which she watches with the subtitles on. Another sceptic bites the dust!

It just seems like yesterday that I was a Wire Virgin and now, here I am, an old hand at the beginning of series 4. I watched the first episode on DVD last night and the opening was a real beauty. The guy (or is it a girl?) in the DIY store buying the powertool. I love the store assistant's face when the penny finally drops. Here's a youtube clip.
