After seeing other recommendations on EDF, I contacted Dave to help kick start my fitness journey as I prepared for my wedding.
Iโ€™ve nowย had the pleasure of working with Dave for the past year and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results.ย 

Daveโ€™s passion for helping his clients achieve their goals was evident. We meet weekly in dulwich park, and he tailors every workout session to fit my specific needs and goals. He pushed me whilst being mindful of my abilities and how I was feeling on the day.ย 

His extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition made me feel confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process.

I have been working with David on and off for the last year and i can honestly say he is keeping me motivated and increasing my activity and ability all the time. Post an old injury i have not been very mobile. David is patient and knowledgeable and always finds a workaround if something doesn't work for me. I am very happy to recommend him.

I was recommended Dave by my daughter who had been training with him for several months and who told me how much she enjoyed her sessions. Iโ€™d never really thought that personal training was something for me but I can honestly say Dave has motivated me to train regularly! He has just the right approach in terms of encouragement and spurring you on and I have learnt so much about the body and how to develop strength and mobility. I would certainly recommend him.ย
