I too heard it was a little girl and that sadly she died. Really hoping this isn't the case, my thoughts go out to her family either way because she would've sustained awful injuries if she has survived.

I can understand that people are concerned and want to know what happened, but when there have been accidents before all sorts of misinformation, speculation and rumour has been quoted on here as fact.

Do remember that who ever was involved will have family and friends and unsubstatiated rumours spreading about might cause them even more distress.

Don't the yellow police boards appealing for info go up if it's a fatality? I may be wrong, I went along that road this evening at 5ish and there are no incident boards to be seen - I really hope it wasn't too serious. Let's wait for someone with the absolute facts to post?
I've lived in East Dulwich for 17 months now and in that time it seems to have had its more than fair share of serious road accidents and too many since I moved there, including the fatality of a 10 year old school child in January this year. Is there something that needs to be done to make the area safer - more zebra crossings, traffic lights? More prudent drivers.

    • I see their website has it as https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you/delivery-office/peckham-and-east-dulwich-delivery-office-se15-5au, though I wouldn't be at all surprised if they're also distinct administrative or operational entities for some purposes.  I note, for example, that Peckham (SE15) isn't on the list.
    • A reminder of the current situation. Covid-19 Eligibility: https://www.nhs.uk/vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine/ Availability: NHS are no longer running their own appointment-making system.
