FLEXIBLE HIPS AND BACKBENDS ? SATURDAY DECEMBER 10TH 12-2PM @ ZEN YOGA, DENMARK HILL

Sarah will focus on how to safely move into deeper backbends, with a focus on how to safely elongate through the whole spine and open the shoulders as you do so.

Through this exploration we?ll be breaking down our vinyasa technique, finding length through the upper body and working out how to undulate through individual vertebrae.

After taking on the hunch that we?re all developing from staring at our computers/iphones, we?ll continue to move more dynamically to open the hips, create fluidity in the spine and work towards the magic of King Pigeon and all its variations. To finish expect a long, well deserved end of class to neutralise the spine and quiet the mind.

    • Labours head of communications really should be advising Kier better.  We've had, so far, the budget will be bad, we've inherited a 20 billion black hole, the NHS is broken, and today "Britain isn't working" in relation to jobs and apprenticeships  Whilst honesty is a good thing, there are better ways of wording things Negativity drives negativity in situations like this, especially in business and businesses are what labour requires to grow the economy and offer jobs to the unemployed.  It does feel like Captain Kier has turned into Private Frazer crying  "we're all doomed"
