Double room to rent in spacious maisonette flat

Hello,

I'm a current tenant looking to find a new house mate for a lovely flat close to Denmark Hill and East Dulwich Stations (ten min walk to each)

The price is ?650 per month. Plus bills. I can send more pictures on request, sorry the files are too big it seems.

The flat is in a very peaceful location and consists of a large living room with two sofas, dining table and juliette balcony. The kitchen is large with more cupboard space than I've ever been able to fill. Upstairs, the bathroom and toilet are seperate and we have a spare room which you could use, for example, to put a computer desk in should you wish.

There is also a storage lock up available, should you wish to store your bike. We have communal gardens and are very close to the beautiful Ruskin Park. If you are new to the area I will be pleased to show you my favourite spots for nightlife and coffees! We are 2 mins from the large Sainburies on Champion Hill.

I'm looking for a considerate and fun housemate.

  I’d also like to reiterate the above. I called Paul after seeing the recommendation here. He came the next day. Found a fix for a problem with the wiring for my fridge/freezer.   We left behind a Brickhouse fabric tote bag (white, black handles) with a sketchbook and pastels/markers/ brushes at Perks & White at Herne Hill station yesterday at about 8.45am. Sadly it has not been handed in to the Cafe or station staff. The drawings and sketches are a collection we have built over a long period so of huge sentimental value. If anyone comes across this would be grateful if they could let me me know. A photo of the sketchbook and bag behind attached (just before I realised I had left it behind) Many thanks!

  I was under the impression that a local councillor lives in that street. Presumably then, the council are already aware.
