Just had another bill for responsive repairs this time for repairs to the downstairs tenants UPVC WINDOW LOCKS.These same locks were repaired last year and charged for.How do I prove locks are not part of the structure of the building. And that we should not have pay for the same locks to be repaired twice in 9 months.

I didn't think that if you are a Southwark leaseholder, you have to pay for a tenant down stairs to have repairs done. When I was a tenant and flat above was leasehold, my neighbour never had to pay for any of my repairs. Southwark council done suppossed major external works around here, used a company which was like a carry on saltash film. Done nothing but break things , now waiting to go to court. Hope someone can advice you on the neighbours window locks, doesn't sound right to me.
