Nobody can walk in six inches though Jah. Unless they have a platform. Even with a platform - 6 inches is pushing it a bit. 4 inches is my limit. Anything over 4 inches and I walk like Dick Emery. And I can't have a drink if I'm wearing 4 inches because otherwise I stand up to go to the loo and find myself completely unable to walk.

That isn't the point! - I want to BE ABLE TO dash at a second's notice/catch the bus etc. For me that is more important than appearing sexy (or whatever those monstrosities which are responsible for many a spinal injury are perceived as doing).

However, each to their own...whatever cranks your tractor...whatever floats your boat...whatever fills your sails...whatever tickles your fanny...chaqu'un a son gout...

And after that I DEFO won't be talking to you again.

    • No sympathy, collect rain water, reuse grey water from the house.  Plant drought gardens.  Have yellow grass in the summer, it will turn green again,.  Not sure why on earth we have this term hard working families - suggests that everyone else is lazy.  Kids cost money and that can continue until they are well into adulthood!  You make your own choices, and it is right that if you use more water you pay more.  I expect most of us have cut our water usage since going onto a meter.
