Wanted: 2 bed garden flat in April for professional couple

Hi there,

I know April is 6 months away but as I have been getting a feel for the number of properties on here now, perhaps you are doing the same for tenants.

My partner and I are both full-time professionals working in the Media industry. We have been renting a property in Southwark for 3 years but have been eager to move to Dulwich as we have friends and family there, and we are in love with the area. Our tenancy is up for renewal in April so we would ideally have found a new flat by March, which is when we need to give notice to our current landlord.

We are looking for a 2 bedroom flat but the second bedroom does not need to be large, we just need the space for storage. We have a beautiful and exceptionally well-behaved border collie who needs a garden to patrol of an evening so outside space is a necessity for us, and a dog-friendly landlord. My partner rides a motorbike which we need some kind of off-street parking area for, he has made good use of the space between a bay window and a brick wall at present and he is happy to continue doing so for the right flat.

I'll be re-posting in the New Year and closer to March but if you know of any properties like this becoming available in April, do let us know as we'd love to discuss it.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Mat and Becky.

    • That is SO naff!! I never go there but still.... It almost makes me want to turn up dressed like 'Honey G' in full on shell suit look accesorised  with a hard hat and a pair of paint spattered workboots just in order for this to 'sedate' 65year old to tell them they need to get a grip or move to Orpington when they tell me I'm not 'suitably attired' and therefore cannot enter their establishment.
    • I'm looking for a used kitchen drawer unit with 3 or 4 drawers. Can be  50mm or 60cm wide.
    • I’m guessing that “work wear ” doesn’t include suits and “sportswear” doesn’t include Dulwich Hamlet colours. Or rugby shirts.
