Window blind cords

Please get rid of any hanging ones. DoH just issued advice to its facilities after some very sad cases

We've got a roller blind in what will be bub's room - when we bought it a clip/hook came with it as well to secure the chain pull but without instruction on where to secure it/how to use it - anyone have any ideas?!

The idea is you attach the clip to the frame and cord at full extent down side of the frame, so cord is not hanging loose but pulled taught - does that make sense? Molly
