Unfortunately our flat flooded back in July, as did the gallery on Upland Road....this is the second time our property has flooded since moving in back in Dec 2005. I am currently on a mission to get Thames Water to do something about it...but my patience is wearing thin, chasing contents insurers, loss adjusters and T.W, I regularly find myself banging my head against a brick wall. Until something similar happens to the big wigs within these companies I doubt much will be actioned? The chances are it's going to happen again, and again and again....Is there anyone out there who has suffered from flooding in E.D who wants to join forces in challenging T.W????

If not I feel better just for having a bit of a moan!!!

Sorry to hear that.

As much as I loath the ambulance chaser lawyers that advertise, who not drop one a line and see if they would be willing to take on a no win, no fee case to get TW to sort out the problems that cause this. (I assume it's blocked drains cusing this, as opposed to yopu living in a very obvious water collection point?)

MIght work?
