Looking for a good cleaner in ED

I've been using this cleaning agency for six years now, but while I was happy with them, I'm beginning to find that the cleaner is fairly rude to me when in the house, and the woman who runs the agency unresponsive and often short and nasty in her responses to my text messages (I received a response telling me that her cleaners were "extremely busy people" when I asked for an extra cleaning day).

I was wondering if anybody had any good recommendations for a cleaner? I'd basically be looking for:

* 2.5 to 3 hours

* Once a fortnight (hoping to move it up to once a week in a month's time).

* the usual vacuuming and mopping and cleaning of the bathrooms and toilets, a little bit of tidying up (like putting toys away etc)

* A wee bit of ironing

* Changing the sheets

Thanks in advance!

    • Apart from being yet another eyesore in our lovely park the track is going to be 5 metres wide, that’s wider than my living room! By the time this is installed it will be too late for people to object. This must be rethought, even more of our park is being given over to GALA. The council didn’t factor in HGV access when they planned the flood alleviation works and now they expect park goers to suffer further. Complaints might help, worth a try but needs to be before the consultation ends on Feb 10th
    • It is absolutely real, I walked past the site, complete with car and trashed wall, at about 2pm this afternoon.
    • Oh ok, I'm even more confused now then. Have you seen the discussion on the dangerous driving thread?
    • Sue - I promise you that was no fake photo, not sure that I'm even capable to that.  I took the picture about 12:15 today.
