snowboarder
Just spent a happy half hour looking through the new jojo catalogue (I know, don't tell me, you've all been doing the same...), and I just thought these two items worthy of special mention. (Strangely not on jojo website, oh wellThis high chair thought looked pretty good (yeah expensive, but hey). This made me splutter tea all over the cat as thought looked so funny.Little things, eh, these days.... Dulwich Born And Bred
The second one is a joke! I hate seeing babies in carseats for long periods of time, it is meant for the car! buggie
Think I've seen people using that wheely carseat one in america - find it unnerving the idea of having bubs at ankle level (I know that's where they are when crawling but in this their going faster - ?more risk of injury!) Au'Lait
Is the high chair ?150 better than this one? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12570-shopping-shopping/#findComment-347939 Share on other sites
snowboarder
Dunno...it folds? That sounds pretty good. We have the antilop and like the way is upright and easy to clean. Not seen the babybjorn one in real life.... Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12570-shopping-shopping/#findComment-347943 Share on other sites
Fuschia
That car seat wheely thing would have been a great help when I was struggling to get twin babies in and out of the car on my own!! Fudge
The wheely car seat thing would certainly give your child a fear of dogs at that height......!! plus imagine how many people would fall over it as you are pushing it along ! dullified
What next - a baby carrier that attaches to your thigh - actually that would work for twins...where's that Dragon's Den number.... born&brED
I was just having a good laugh at that car seat trailer in the catalogue I received too! Love the way it has an eye-catching 'NEW brilliant idea!' circle on it. I'm going to be on the look out for one in Sainsbury's - my guess is I will never see one.On the other hand, I have my eye on these as a flexible, practical and good value storage solution - different combinations of cubes and drawers. Saffron
OMG, I could totally have used a wheeleasy last week when baby and I had to accompany granddad to King's in a taxi -- we don't have a car -- and I strained my back/shoulder/elbow/neck carrying baby plus carseat around sprawling Denmark Hill complex while trying to hold open doors for tottery ol' granddad! :-( I wouldn't use it as a substitute for baby sling or buggy, if that's what I really needed, but I think this is brilliant for people who don't have cars!! :-)(Oh, I know someone will say you don't need an infant carseat in a taxi... but would you honestly feel safe without one in a minicab?)
