We have a lovely 4 bedroom house in Peckham to let at the end of October. Double beds can fit in all the bedrooms, and there is large living room and good-sized kitchen diner. It has been fully refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom, and has been fully redecorated inside and out. We are just finishing off and waiting for the new carpets to be fitted now. It will be furnished with all new furniture.

There is a small maintenance free rear outdoor space, good for barbecues or parties. There is space for bike racks if needed

The location is excellent with Peckham Rye station 5 mins away, close to bus routes as well as all local amenities, bars, restaurants etc. Peckham Rye park is a stones throw away.

The house is on Heaton Road towards the Peckham Rye end.

The rent is ?2500 a month, central heating and hot water is included. We are looking for long-term professional sharers, no smokers or pets.
