I would like ?80 for it to cover the risk that it might get damaged or I might not get it back. But if you only used it for 3 years I would return ?60, or 2 years I'd return ?40, or 3 - ?20.

Not only do you want to store this but you want to charge the person who is willing to store this for you a fee? Look up big yellow self storage on google,but they charge you to store, they do not pay you to store. :)

i must say this sounds a great idea to me rent out your furniture for 5 years get paid for it then get it back what a great idea.
