Clearly been left out exposed to the elements for some time as discoloured and with rust and may simply had been abandoned. It also looks as though someone had started (but not completed) repairs. No branding. But in case was stolen from you, please get in touch. I will expect you to be able to identify a couple of unique features on it if is yours.
