Re: Looking for a job - part time

Hi, Does anyone know of anything locally? I have arthritis and am limited to the amount of hours I can stand on my feet. Clearly running up ladders and heavy lifting are also out. Receptionist would be ideal - I am also good at organising things. A job as a property negotiator would also work. I am a mature lady with basic computer skills. Thanks.

    • Apart from being yet another eyesore in our lovely park the track is going to be 5 metres wide, that’s wider than my living room! By the time this is installed it will be too late for people to object. This must be rethought, even more of our park is being given over to GALA. The council didn’t factor in HGV access when they planned the flood alleviation works and now they expect park goers to suffer further. Complaints might help, worth a try but needs to be before the consultation ends on Feb 10th
    • It is absolutely real, I walked past the site, complete with car and trashed wall, at about 2pm this afternoon.
    • Oh ok, I'm even more confused now then. Have you seen the discussion on the dangerous driving thread?
    • Sue - I promise you that was no fake photo, not sure that I'm even capable to that.  I took the picture about 12:15 today.
