I have a lovely 3 bedroom flat on one level. The flat has had lots off work done to it, lovely bright spacious flat . I am based in east dulwich/ forest hill . A lovely area and the living room looks over to Sydenham hill woods . I love this flat only looking for bigger property as I have got 4 children now and need more rooms.

Please message me if you no anyone that would like to downsize . Thank you

  Still looking if anyone can help. Happy to pay a reasonable amount. Someone kindly gave one but it was a bit too much of a challenge. A bike in need of a good service, cable and/or brake replacement etc is the kind of thing we're after.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
