We are looking to rent our two bedroom flat from November for ?1,400 pcm. Located on the top floor of a 1960s block the south facing sitting room has a light and airy aspect with private balcony. The flat is on an elevated position on the corner of Sydenham Hill and Kirkdale. It is conveniently located with a ten minute walk to Forest Hill station on the London Overground and great bus routes to Kings Hospital, Dulwich and central London. Short walk to Lordship Lane and Dulwich Woods. On site parking available and bike storage.

The flat is currently unfurnished but we will furnish if required for the right tenants. An ideal flat for a professional couple who are looking for a long term rent.   Still looking if anyone can help. Happy to pay a reasonable amount. Someone kindly gave one but it was a bit too much of a challenge. A bike in need of a good service, cable and/or brake replacement etc is the kind of thing we're after.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
