Moos
The FSA recommends the following list: basically steak (yum), pulses, green veg eaten with fruit juice to aid absorbtion and not with coffee/tea which hamper absorbtion. I have been told in my anaemic past that iron supplements are a good idea as well - liquid iron (they sell it at Health Matters for e.g.) is easier to digest than tablets, and doesn't cause constipation which is a bit of a pregnancy demon anyway.Best of luck for feeling better soon!
