The house is very near to the Horniman Museum and Gardens and the shops. The property is 7 minute walk to Forest hill Station station, which has good links to London (15 mins) via the Overground or Southern trains.

Ideally looking for a single person to take the space on for a minimum of 6 months.

Available now on 6 month contract for ?850/month (bills incl.) One month deposit and references needed.
