Hello,

has anyone read Natural Pregnancy by Zita West?

Is it any good? Are there any books that are better/that people would reccomend?

Does anyone have a copy they have finished with they would be willing to sell?

a friend of mine did - she found it very good but I do not think that she considers selling it.

Maybe try the classifieds section?

Amazon book reviews are usually helpful.

Dulwich library has a good section on fertility / pregnancy and can also arrange inter-library loans for 50p I think. Or ebay!

I have New Natural Pregnancy by Janet Balaskas. I did the exercises in my first pregnancy when I had the time! It didn't even get opened in my second so I don't remember enough to recommend it. If you're interested in my copy then pm me.

Ina May Gaskin's 'Guide to Childbirth' is a really good one to read whilst pregnant to prepare for a natural birth if any good to you?? Not so much about pregnancy but alot about birth.
