dulwichpsychology
I will be starting a Mindfulness and Self Compassion Course in January. This will include the traditional mindfulness exercises found in MBSR courses but there will also be a focus on developing a kinder way of relating to ourselves especially during stressful or emotionally charged times. We can often be incredibly hard on ourselves instead of being encouraging which can lead to more stress, anxiety, low mood, anger and guilt. During the course there will be an emphasis on getting unstuck from these negative thinking and feeling cycles. The course will run for 8 weeks on Friday evenings starting in January. Exact dates and times TBC.For further information please contact me at [email protected] Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/124411-mindfullness/#findComment-1053538 Share on other sites
