Cost to move a wall and the kitchen...

How much do you think t would cost to move a wall and the position of the kitchen. Reception room and kitchen are on the GF and I'd like to move the kitchen to the back of the house, possibly with an arch between the two.. We would have to remove a chimney stack so I'm not sure if this is a planning issue? No need to include price of new kitchen (am presuming this will be 8k - 10k)
