We dealt with Julie Littlemore on a structural reinforcement job over in Clapham last year - she's very good. Their office is in Welwyn Garden City but they work on loads of things in London.

Just be aware that if you notify the issue to your insurer as subsidence or similar that they will take a dim view and may crank up your premium for all eternity.

The crack may just be due to natural shrinkage due to the warmer weather (happens in our place every year).

    • Apart from being yet another eyesore in our lovely park the track is going to be 5 metres wide, that’s wider than my living room! By the time this is installed it will be too late for people to object. This must be rethought, even more of our park is being given over to GALA. The council didn’t factor in HGV access when they planned the flood alleviation works and now they expect park goers to suffer further. Complaints might help, worth a try but needs to be before the consultation ends on Feb 10th
    • It is absolutely real, I walked past the site, complete with car and trashed wall, at about 2pm this afternoon.
    • Oh ok, I'm even more confused now then. Have you seen the discussion on the dangerous driving thread?
    • Sue - I promise you that was no fake photo, not sure that I'm even capable to that.  I took the picture about 12:15 today.
