Hi All,

My friend and I are looking for a two bedroom house with private outside area (garden, patio) as soon as possible. We live in Fellbrigg road and we love East Dulwich, so we wouldn't want to move to another area. We have been looking for a while but we haven't found anything decent yet. We are both working professionals in permanent positions and would like to live in the house for longer than 1 year, until we save enough to buy our own house. Our budget is up to 1,400.

It's a lovely quiet property with small front and back gardens and conservatory and own car space. It is partly furnished. V close walk to E Dulwich station.
