Does anyone need a house sitter in Nov/Dec whilst husband and I do renovations?

My husband and I are moving out of our house to do renovations from Oct till Christmas and are looking to stay locally to keep an eye out on the building work so were looking to help someone out by offer to do some house sitting. Happy to look after pets too. Even a week here or there would be great as it breaks up the time that we are going to have to put ourselves on friends. I am expecting first baby in Jan so we will be living a very sedate and quiet life during these months! Husband freelances at BBC and I am in scientific sales so work from home at least a day a week. Any suggestions welcome, Many thanks!

It almost makes me want to turn up dressed like 'Honey G' in full on shell suit look accesorised  with a hard hat and a pair of paint spattered workboots just in order for this to 'sedate' 65year old to tell them they need to get a grip or move to Orpington when they tell me I'm not 'suitably attired' and therefore cannot enter their establishment.
