Children's yoga classes for 4-8 year olds start this week at Gaia Studio, on East Dulwich border with Peckham Rye.

**Using storytelling, music and props to teach traditional asanas (postures), breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques.** Certified, insured teacher with an enhanced DBS.

Wednesdays 3.45-4.45pm (term time only). Studio address : 20 Maxted Road, London, SE15 4EL. Street parking available.
