One bedroom flat wanted for rent

My girlfriend and I are looking for a one bedroom flat to rent in the area, with a view to move in at the end of September. We are both professionals working full-time, currently living just off Lordship Lane and would love to stay in the area. We have a very friendly and house-trained cat that we've had for seven years, so would need some access to outside.
