Teen Programme at JAGS Sports Club for 12 - 17 year olds, Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays

Schools back and our fantastic TEEN Programme is back up and running, suitable for ages 12 - 17. Members and Non Members Welcome.

Join us for the following classes throughout the week:



Mondays at 6pm: Teenflex

Learn to stretch properly (excellent for anyone undertaking any sport), look after your body and chill with Alison Beadle



Wednesdays at 6pm: TeenBox

Train like a champ at this high intensity class, with boxing training techniques and plenty of glove work. Expect to sweat with former British Lightweight Kickboxing Champion Anna-Maria.



Saturdays at 2pm & 2.45: YouthGym (Beginners + Advanced)

These guided Saturday sessions will help you learn your way around a gym and use the equipment properly. Marco will help you formulate a plan that works for your body and ability. Please attend the class at the right level.
