Hi, I have a lovely large double room to let in our house from Sept. 26th. I want to let it on a Monday to Friday basis to a female lodger, but I would also consider a short term let. No couples please. Bills included and Broadband of course. It is a perfect home away from home for a weekday lodger and just in Zone 2!

  They have to balance the buyer's wish and getting a swift sale, but yes at the end of the day they will take a small hit. But this is the nature of the market and a case to move to a better system rather than demonise estate agents.
