Fluffy black cat, yellow bell, yellow eyes on collar keeps visiting

We have had a friendly male, fluffy black cat, fluorescent yellow bell, yellow eyes on collar visiting us for the past few weeks. Friendly with our 3 cats but determined to get in our house. We haven't fed him and make sure he's chased out if our doors are open.

We are at the 306 medical centre end of lordship lane and he always comes from the opposite side.

He looks healthy, but just want to check is is owned.
