We are feeling Awesome! Superhero Training starts back tomorrow and we are really looking forward to POWERING UP for some fun packed moves and team training action! Do come and join us for a FREE TASTER session. We still have space in class on Mondays 2pm and 4pm, Fridays 10.15am and 1pm - at St Barnabas Parish Hall, 23 Dulwich Village, SE21 7BT. So if your Little Superhero wannabe is desperate to let it all out - be it Elsa from Frozen or Spidey, who is aged between 2 and a half and 6 years, please do contact me, Lucy on 07813791757 or email me at [email protected] to get booked in as soon as possible, as there are limited spaces.       Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
