Yoga, Meditation, Conscious Dance, Sound Healing with Gong & Sacred Drum Relaxation, Fresh Chai & Treat

The nights will be longer than days from September 22nd at the Autumn Equinox. Instead of freaking out, or getting depressed, please join me to celebrate the cycles and rhythms of nature.

We will move the body & breath with Yoga, find a door way to ecstasy with Conscious Dance (some will be guided, some freestyling and FUN ? don?t stress if you think you can?t dance :)), a Deep Gong and Sacred Drum Relaxation with Intention setting for the New Moon, then Meditation ? leaving you feeling Bountiful, Beautiful and Blissful.

Included will be Fresh Home Made Chai Tea (spiced non-caffeinated tea) and a light treat and/or something of Mother Nature?s abundance to enjoy at the end the evening. And probably a New Moon Tarot card if there is time.

This is a celebration of life, of your Divine Self and the beauty within and around us, if we only take the time to look. When we feel this bounty, beauty and bliss we uplift ourselves and the world around us. Feeling Good heals you and the world!!
