Wednesday's at 7.30pm - The Charter School SE24


This 50 minute class uses a kettlebell and compound movements with high repetitions. A great way to introduce resistance training into your routine. The class is suitable for women and men (not suitable if you are pregnant or have recently given birth). Beginners and experienced exercisers welcome, as you progress the weight increases.


Drop in is ?8 per class or you can buy a 6 week course for ?40 (to be used on consecutive weeks starting 14th September). Please email to book your place at class.
