Yoga or Pilates recommendation please!

I'm looking for a friendly yoga or Pilates class that isn't too scary on either a Monday or Friday (day preferably) and wondered if anyone had any local recommendations.

The only structured exercise I've done in the last few years is pre and post natal so I'd really like to hear any recommendations from others who were maybe not their fittest post children and found a good class.

Don't know if the dates/times work for you, but Heather Brannen (http://www.pilatesclub.co.uk/) is very good - have been going to her classes for nearly 10 years now and they're great.

There's a really good and not scary Pilates class on Monday mornings at The Shala in West Dulwich. It's worth the trek.

ESPH has both yoga and pilates classes most days throughout the day. If you join the gym they are free but I believe they also do booklets.

If you're raring to go this morning, the very experienced Luisa (who also teaches at the Laban Centre for Dance) has a class you could join this morning, Friday, 10am at The Goose Green Clinic. A drop-in taster is ?10 and then you pay in blocks.

Ami also has a Pilates class on Monday evening at 8.15pm (First class ?6).
