Sky internet down at Library end of LL?

Is anyone else down? This is the second time in about three weeks.

How long did the last outage last?

It was 2-3 hours last time and later in the evening so I don't recall exactly. Phone seems to be fine here. Going on their helpline to report the outage unless someone else already has?

Have just called Sky. Problem in the local Exchange apparently. No further info with regards to repair estimate.

Getting an "engaged call" when I input a number. Getting normal dialtone beforehand however.

Friern road also no internet and same problems with phone line. Did Sky estimate how long before its fixed? Great!Water problems now internet problems. What next?

Sky have Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) at the Dulwich exchange, so isn't affecting any other ISP's which use it.

My Sky landline and broadband were both down for many hours yesterday. I rang them on my mobile and they said there was 'an outage' in the whole of SE London. It came back sometime during the night.

Still having issues with this. No internet for 2 full days spread over three days. Sky aren't really supplying me with updates at all.

Gotthrough to Sky last night they're sending engineers out again due to external problems related to previous outage.
