Nametags for clothes/belongings - where do I get these from?

Hi

My daughter starts nursery in September and I suddenly realised that if I don't nametag her clothes and other things, they're bound to go missing - and with another baby due in December, I'm not going to have the time (nor finances!)to replace stuff.

Where can I get those sew in printed nametags from? And I'm open to any other brilliant ideas!

I got the labels that you just iron on from here: http://www.gbnametapes.co.uk/ So far they've stayed on and we've had no problems with them. Somehow sewing name tags on all of my sons clothes was not a particularly attractive prospect for me... ;-)

I agree! I've got this romantic notion of sewing them all on like my mum did, but I think I'd get to the third one in and start crying! I'll check out that link. Thanks very much.

I just use a black permanent marker and put his initials on the clothing tag.

If you hunt around you can find some good offers - I got 100 iron on stickers with name and a mobile number, and it included 100 stick on labels for free, which you can put on things like scooters, bikes etc. Very useful.

I order clothing tags and labels from Easy2name. The custom clothing tags take a few weeks longer to arrive, but they have a big selection.
