Fidgetsmum
I currently go to Legs, Bums and Pregnant Tums class at JAGS on a Monday which I love, but the teacher is off to have her own baby soon! Does anyone know of any other pregnancy low impact aerobics classes around here? Just in case she doesn't find a replacement teacher before she goes. I've got Yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics sorted but I really enjoy the aerobics. Thanks for any help. Fidgetsmum
If no one knows of any classes, could anyone recommend a pregnancy low impact aerobics DVD? buggie
I've got the davina pre/postnatal dvd which is good - has warm up, aerobic, toning and cool down sections so you can pick and choose a bit (well, the warm up is essential but other sections have their own warm down). Fidgetsmum
That sounds like just the thing I mean. I hadn't thought of celeb ones, but Davina, I think I can put up with her! Thanks for the recommendation. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12115-pregnancy-low-impact-aerobics-classes/#findComment-339870 Share on other sites
supergolden88
I have two very good DVDs for saleOne is pilates the other a more general training one see details below* Complete Pregnancy Fitness (2 dvds includes couples fitness and postnatal) - ?9 new[www.amazon.co.uk]The production values are not great but the trainer Erin O' Brien is and this is proper exercise that will make you sweat. See the reviews on Amazon. I admit to skipping the tricep dips!* 10 Minute Solution - Prenatal Pilates - new ?4[www.amazon.co.uk]This is 5 10min sections which are excellent for overall fitness. Even includes abs exercise. Again I cannot reccommend it highly enough. Fidgetsmum
I'm a member of JAGS sports club so I go to all my classes there and swim there too. Very good facilities, good class teachers and if you do something at least once a week, it's economically very good indeed.
