Good games yesterday, and Man U have definitely got one hand on the title now, can't see them slipping up. Still hope Barca beat them, but Sandperson, you can take it as a compliment, as I'd rather Liverpool had to play Barca should they get to the final, as I'd give us a better chance against them! Like I said, Barc are not the team they were a couple of years back.

It's looking very much like Man Utd's title and I think they could do the double with the Champions League too although I can still see Liverpool doing that as well depending on what goes on behind the scenes there. It's all looking very unhealthy. Another season and the Arsenal have won bugger all again. Us Spurs fans have for once got bragging rights over them even if it was only the Carling Cup that we won this year after a 5-1 trouncing in the Semi-finals.:))

Which would mean we don't have to play two qualifiers for the champions league

Only joking LG - naturally want the Gunners to finish with a flourish. Second would be a better reflection of our contribution to the season than a lower place.

I think Arsenal should manage 2nd because (1) Wenger & his team have more motivation than Chelsea to do so. (2) Grant is almost certainly going to be sacked in the Summer unless his side win the Champions League (3) Similarly Liverpool can take their foot off the pedal as far as the League is concerned - which, like last season, looks like good news for Fulham and bad news for Birmingham, Bolton etc when Benitez rests another 9 players this weekend (4) Arsenal deserve it anyway :))

Avram Grant won't win anything this season and if by some minor miracle he does win the Champions League I think he will still be sacked or rather moved back upstairs to his old job as Director of Football. Expect Frank Rijkaard in the hot seat next season.

A natural born goalscorer if ever I saw one. Such a pity that the last five or six years of his career have been so blighted by injury. Let's hope he's fit and selected for the FA Cup final.
