thelittlebigvoice
I kid you not.As I came down LL this afternoon (sober) I saw a parachutist jump from a white helicopter and head towards the area of Crystal Palace / Silvester Road.I was honestly not drunk - and it seems odd in such a built up area - anyone know anything ? anna_r
Alleyns school Founder's Day was today and they had three parachutists jumping out of a helicopter and landing in the school grounds as part of the celebrations and linked to the school CCF. My 18 month old was there with me watching it and was completely entranced! GinaG3
They do this every founders day. They land on marks in Alleyns fields. my daughter is also 18 months and loved it, but was also scared as to why the man was flying. Hmm.. PeckhamRose
This happens most years and although I have not seen it myself I have seen the planes and the jumpers but not them actually landing, and I believe they have landed in Peckham Rye Park too on celebrations. Mighty exciting. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12082-parachute/#findComment-338101 Share on other sites
