Lisa Taylor
I'm afraid I agree with you lavender27.Don't get me wrong I love the sun/summer but can't handle the warm nights at all, it feels like the temp. rises so much in the evening/nights & I really struggle. I found myself wishing for some colder weather, how bad am I? LOLWhy are we never happy? lavender27
I'm sure they all have air conditioning in Australia, and any other hot country, wealthy enough to have air conditioning. I may be wrong though. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/120673-this-heat/page/2/#findComment-1041047 Share on other sites

Robert Poste's Child
Tonight's going to be another warm and sultry one apparently, so, for the OP's benefit, I tried filling a hot water bottle with cold water, chilling it for several hours in the fridge, then using it like you would a hot one to cool the bedding and to put my feet on. Worked pretty well and I didn't get any problems with condensation on the outside. I guess it could be used for children as well.
