Hi,

We are letting our lovely home for 3 months as we will be away for work. It will be available Oct 26th until Feb 6th but we can be a little flexible on dates. We are on a lovely quiet residential street, 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye station and the Bellenden Road.

The house has 2400sqft of extended open plan living with large kitchen leading to secluded garden. There are working fireplaces, underfloor heating, a large master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, 3 further double bedrooms and free parking on our road.

It is soon to be listed with local agents but happy to do a deal with you as save on fees.
