does anywhere sharpen garden shears ?

I've tried sharpening mine - special gadget from Amazon

But I have not succeded .Perhaps they're past it ?

Is there anywhere that sharpens tools or do people just buy new ones ?

In Peckham indoor market the key cutting unit sharpens garden shears for ?3, does a good job so worth it if you have a good quality pair. Probably other key cutting places do the same if closer to you.

Is this on a proper grinding tool and set-up - we had someone call once who sharpened chisels using a hand held drill so it was all done by eye.
