The park is very close to the Maudsley ,so I guess this may have been someone with mental health issues ,or substance abuse .

I love the paddling pool in this park ,but otherwise just find it incredibly depressing .

Though handy to take inpatients at Kings for some fresh( ish ) air .

I agree...some lovely mature trees...full of squirrels (including an albino)...

And Quids, I haven't seen anyone crapping in a public park either...but then I've had a sheltered life...

really? Wow. I love Ruskin Park. Much better playground than anything I've found in ED, and the paddling pool is top. Besides, sometimes you get to meet the Quidses there.

Given the public funding cut backs it could be that there will be alot more public poo-age required.

Although pooing on the footpath is a bit rum. Having a dump on one of the flower borders would have been less unsightly and would have provided nutrients to the plants.

we like it too, may be the new goose green will be better (if and when they manage to finish it) but the playground certainly beats e.g. dulwich park or peckham rye in the eyes of my children

    • Might it be more respectful to refrain from asking this on a local forum which his family are on as if it's merely akin to casually asking if anyone has heard what's happening with the empty shop space next to Oliver Bonas or if anyone knows which dentists are taking on new patients? Christ. Google it if you're that interested. They are a real family and this isn't a Reddit discussion on a true crime documentary. Extraordinary
